My late grandfather had a website on which he detailed his life adventures. Primarily there was travel and interest related text. In an MP3 greeting on the front page he said “Welcome to my world, and let’s get acquainted”.

Everyone has a viewpoint on the world. Yours may be different from mine. Mine is certainly different from Pop-Pop’s. Often differences of opinion and the discussions that result are healthy. I believe God gave us free will to choose to follow Him or to choose not to. We also have the ability to think logically although it doesn’t always work the way it should.

So why do I think writing a blog is worthwhile? For the most part it’s simply one of these:

1. I have an opinion on something I’d like to share
2. I’ve learned a new fact that I want to share
3. I’ve had a cool experience I want to share

But why bother sharing? Hopefully some of you will find these posts interesting, some will have something to say about a post, and some will learn something from a post. So feel free to speak up but keep it clean.
